I know several young guys who work in construction who exhibit hazardous drinking. After working exceptionally hard for eight or more hours, it seems to make a lot of sense to go to the local saloon to have a few beers with one’s drinking buddies. Commonly, however, it seems that the well-intentioned few brews becomes a circumstance in which many beers are consumed, much money is spent, and several hours are spent at the local drinking establishment rather than spending time with their wife or girlfriend, family, or with their friends.
